With a Cirque du Soleil shoemaker (30+ years of experience), I have developed technical skills in leatherwork through traditional shoe-making methods.
          This apprenticeship expanded my knowledge of patterning, cutting, sewing, and shaping leather, while reinforcing the precision and craftsmanship required for circus specific footwear, and perpetuating priceless know-how.
